Be Dangerous, But Not A Danger

A Workshop for Men Ready to Master Strength, Power, and Leadership

If you’re a man seeking to channel your power for protection and leadership without losing control, this 3-day workshop will teach you how to harness strength, develop emotional intelligence, and become a force for good in your relationships and community.

Are You Ready to Fully Step Into Your Power?

In a world that often tells men to either suppress their power or act recklessly, most are left confused about how to balance strength and emotional intelligence. You’ve been taught to keep your guard up, but what if you could channel that power to lead and protect — without becoming a danger to yourself or others?

This 3-day immersive workshop, Be Dangerous, But Not A Danger, is designed for the UNcvilized man ready to embrace his full power — not just physical strength, but emotional mastery and restraint. You’ll learn how to confidently stand in your masculinity, protect those you love, and lead with integrity in all aspects of your life.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is for men who are tired of playing small, or worse, being seen as a threat because they haven’t harnessed their strength.

You might be:

  • A leader who wants to project calm confidence under pressure.
  • A protector who wants to keep your loved ones safe, without leaning on aggression.
  • A husband, partner, or father who wants to be emotionally present without losing your strength.
  • A man craving growth who’s ready to stop avoiding the hard truths and start leading with courage.

What you'll experience:

This isn’t your typical men’s workshop. Over the course of three days, you’ll engage in live hands-on training, emotional development, and transformational experiences that will push you to your edges — and bring you back stronger, more grounded, and more self-aware.

Here's what you'll get:

Violence as a Tool for Growth

Learn to understand and safely apply violence, not as a means of aggression, but as a powerful tool for personal development. Discover the boundaries of your strength and how to channel it in service of those you care about.

Mastering Restraint and Presence

True strength isn’t about domination; it’s about knowing when to act and when to hold back. You’ll develop the discipline to stay grounded in the heat of conflict, allowing you to lead without ever losing control.

Building Emotional Intelligence

Understand how to balance your raw power with compassion. You’ll learn to navigate your relationships with clarity, presence, and emotional depth—becoming a beacon of safety and trust for those around you.

Brotherhood and Accountability

You’re not on this journey alone. Join a tribe of like-minded men who are walking the same path towards self-mastery. Through shared experiences and deep connections, you’ll forge lifelong bonds with brothers who hold you accountable and push you to your best self.

Practical Tools for Everyday Leadership

Walk away with a toolkit of practices that help you stay grounded in your strength and presence. Whether it’s a difficult conversation at work, a heated moment with your partner, or a stressful situation with your kids—you’ll know how to lead with confidence, clarity, and calm.

Dave Boyd and Robert Wunderlich have lived through the fire. With backgrounds in law enforcement, military service, and mixed martial arts, they understand what it means to harness raw power. They’ve also walked the path of trauma recovery and emotional growth, making them uniquely qualified to guide you in balancing strength and compassion.

  • Dave Boyd: President of UNcivilized, US Marine Veteran, Former Police Officer, SWAT Officer, Former MMA Fighter, CrossFit Coach, and Trauma-Informed Men's Coach.
  • Robert Wunderlich: 3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt, Owner of The Arvada Academy of BJJ, and Trauma-Informed Men's Coach.

These men have seen firsthand what happens when strength, power, and violence aren’t tempered with self-awareness and self control — and they’re here to make sure you don’t just learn how to be dangerous, but how to do it in a way that builds, serves, and protects.

Why this workshop?

This isn’t just about learning martial arts or how to fight — it’s about transforming how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

  • Stop reacting to life and start leading it. Gain the clarity and confidence to navigate conflict and make decisions that align with your values.
  • End the cycle of anger and frustration. Learn to channel your power into constructive action instead of explosive emotions.
  • Be the protector you were born to be. Develop the skills and mindset to keep your loved ones safe, without losing yourself in the process.

What's included?

  • Hands-On, Practical Training: Safe, guided exercises that teach you how to harness your physical strength without becoming a danger.
  • Emotional & Mental Growth Sessions: Learn to integrate emotional intelligence with strength so that you’re not just powerful — you’re also wise, compassionate, and in control.
