Your New Morning Routine, Starts Tomorrow!
Here, we don’t stumble into our days half-asleep. We wake up intentional. We ground ourselves in gratitude, health, movement, and purpose—because that’s how you build a life worth living.
And yeah, we get it: the world feels heavy right now. Nothing feels “normal.” Nothing feels truly safe.
But here’s the truth: you don’t need a two-hour routine like some influencer with a sauna, cold plunge, and a camera crew. You just need six minutes of intentionality to flip the switch on your entire day.
Here’s how it works:
-
Hydrate. Chug a glass of water you set out the night before.
-
Gratitude. Spend one minute (on the clock) naming what you’re thankful for: the roof over your head, working hands, working legs, the fact you woke up.
-
Grounding. Place a smooth rock on the floor. Grind your feet into it for one minute. Wake them up. Connect to the power greater than yourself.
-
Breathe. Stand tall. One hand on your belly, one on your heart. Spend one minute breathing with intention.
-
Move. Squats, pushups, or sit-ups—pick one and go for a minute.
-
Power Pose. Take one minute to stand in a position that fills your body with strength and presence.
I’ve done this every morning for over a decade. I have each of my clients do it, too. And the difference is undeniable.
Don’t skip your mornings. They set the tone for everything.
