Although hormonal and physical changes can predispose pregnant mothers to mood swings that can lead to depression, supportive fathers are also at risk for it.

Becoming a father has been one of the most significant rites of passage he has experienced.

Noah spent most of his adult life trying to understand how to live a richer, wholesome, and fulfilling life. He has spent all his time as a father working to heal himself and learning how to be in a better relationship with his partner and children.

He is also an acupuncturist through his private practice Heartseed Health.

When he is not working or spending time with family, he loves being out in nature, running, gardening, or making art.
