Most people spend years talking about their patterns, but doing little to nothing about them. With me, you’re going to spend one or two days completely changing them — in direct conversation, in your body, and out in whatever the natural world around us has to offer.
And let me say before I go any further, this is open to men and women.
It’s you and me, six or twelve hours of uninterrupted 1:1 work, and the kind of focused container that simply doesn’t exist in ordinary life. The natural environment is always part of the curriculum. The mountain. The trail. The cold river. The Pacific. Whatever this place has — we use it.
What actually happens here.
We start in the morning and go somewhere real. Not the version of yourself you came in with — whatever is underneath it. The wound that’s been quietly running your decisions. The story you’ve been telling yourself about why you can’t have what you actually want. The version of you that got stuck somewhere and never fully came back.
Then we go outside.
I’ve watched what happens to people when they leave the room and put their body into something physical and unfamiliar. The natural world doesn't care how impressive you are on paper. It asks you one question, over and over:
Are you actually here right now?
The way you answer that question is everything. We’ll laugh our faces off and then talk about what I see.
In the afternoon, we integrate. We bring the morning’s excavation and the land’s feedback into the same room and we build something forward. A real reckoning with who you’ve been — and a grounded, specific, earned picture of who you’re becoming.

The two-day version adds something the one-day cannot. A night in the in-between.
The unconscious works while you sleep. Old selves loosen their grip in the dark. What surfaces on Day 2 is almost always the real material — the thing that was too deep to reach on Day 1.
Where we work.
I'm based in Boulder, Colorado and hold intensives there throughout the year. If you're in Costa Rica or willing to make the trip, I still run a limited number in Nosara — where the Pacific is part of the curriculum. And if neither works, I travel.

Travel is on the table. Note it in your application. Travel to your location involves an additional fee. Flights, accommodations, and logistics are coordinated after your application is accepted.

This work is not for everyone.
If you’re looking for a retreat where someone holds your hand and tells you you're doing great, I’m not your man. If you want someone to confirm what you already believe about yourself, I’m not your man.
But if you’re ready to be seen clearly — maybe for the first time — and you’re ready to do something real with what you find, then I don’t know a more potent container than a day or two with no agenda except the truth, whatever landscape surrounds us, and a guide who has spent years learning how to go deep without getting lost down there.
Spaces are limited. I run a small number of these each year, and I hold them as sacred as anything I do. If you feel the pull, trust it.
