What actually happens here.
We sit down, and we go in. Right in.
Into it — whatever it is you’ve been avoiding, pretending, or quietly building your life around. The wound that’s been making your decisions. The story you’ve told yourself so many times you forgot it was a even story.
I find it fast. Together work it hard. And then we go outside and put your body into something that doesn’t give a shit about your credentials or your coping mechanisms.
When we come back in, we build something real. Not a vision board. A map — specific, honest, and earned — of how you stop bullshitting yourself and start living from the place that actually matters — your soul.
The two-day version adds a night in the middle. The unconscious does things while you sleep that the conscious mind can’t. What comes up on Day 2 is almost always the thing we couldn't quite reach on Day 1.
Where we work.
I’m based in Boulder and hold intensives there most of the year. I still run a limited number in Nosara, where the ocean and the jungle are part of the work. And if neither works, I travel.

I’m going to be honest with you — these aren’t for everyone.
If you want someone to lie to you, I’m not your person. If you want to feel better about the story you’ve been telling yourself, same as above.
But if you’re ready to find out what’s actually running you — and do something real about it — I don’t know a more direct path than two days of sitting together and letting the truth come to the surface.
