Listen to the UNcivilized Podcast:
There’s so much hate in our world, especially when the conversation turns to race and inequality for non-white people. In this episode, I was joined by an amazing guest, Kiné Corder to discuss this and how we can render better approaches to race. Kiné is a Black therapist who shares her own experiences of being a Black woman in American society. She shares a story about finding out her brother’s experience as a Black man, why many conversations about race are ineffective and how we need more empathy. Kiné shares great tips about becoming curious about other people and putting your focus on love instead of being “anti” anything.
